Raj De honored as one of Washingtonian's "Most Influential People in Washington DC"

Mayer Brown partner Raj De was included in Washingtonian’s 2023 list of “Washington DC’s Most Influential People” in the National Security & Defense category. The list recognizes “experts and advocates, outside the government, who are playing big roles in Washington’s policy debates.”

Raj is a member of the firm’s global Management Committee. He leads the firm’s global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice, co-leads the National Security practice and is a member of the Congressional Investigations & Crisis Management team. He focuses his practice on cutting-edge legal and policy issues at the nexus of technology, national security, law enforcement and privacy. After nearly two decades in private practice and public service across all three branches of the US government, Raj is one of the most trusted voices in Washington. He has held senior appointments in the White House, the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. Before rejoining Mayer Brown in 2015, he served as General Counsel at the US National Security Agency.
