Cyber Experience on Boards Still Seen as Critical in New SEC Rules

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission proposed regulations in March 2022 that would have required companies to disclose which, if any, of their board directors had significant knowledge of or experience in cybersecurity. The SEC dropped that provision in the final version of the rule adopted Wednesday. Dominique Shelton Leipzig is quoted in this article.
