Mayer Brown partner Brantley Webb was named a “DC Rising Star” by The National Law Journal in its 2023 Legal Awards.
Brantley focuses her practice on complex litigation, including commercial contract disputes, ERISA class action lawsuits and trade secret matters. She represents technology companies, financial institutions and other national and multinational corporations at all stages of civil litigation. In her appellate practice, she represents clients and briefs cases in the federal courts of appeals and the US Supreme Court.
Brantley recently played a leading role in a first-of-its-kind ERISA excessive fee jury trial against Yale University. She also won significant victories in the last year on behalf of Centene Corporation, Cook Group, Inc., Georgetown University and others in ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class action lawsuits.
