Mayer Brown expands Corporate and Private Equity practice in Germany with hire of Partner Dr. Fabio Borggreve

Mayer Brown continues to expand its German Corporate & Securities practice with the addition of Dr. Fabio Borggreve as a partner. He joins in mid September from Squire Patton Boggs, where he was a partner and responsible for the German private equity practice.

"Fabio Borggreve is a high-profile lawyer advising on private equity and M&A transactions, particularly in the industrial products, aviation and technology sectors," said Ulrike Binder, head of Mayer Brown's corporate practice in Germany. "With his industry expertise, reputation and large network, which includes strategic investors as well as financial investors, he will further drive the growth of our practice."

Fabio Borggreve has advised on domestic and cross-border transactions for many years and is regularly instructed on complex corporate matters, including group internal reorganizations and cross-border transformation transactions.
