Electra advised private equity investor Sullivan Street Partners on its carve-out acquisition alongside Souter Investments of Tracerco, the diagnostic services business of chemicals and technology group Johnson Matthey, as well as new client Epiris as it added Pure Cremation, the leading provider of prepaid funeral plans in the UK, to its portfolio.
