Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Equipav Saneamento, an investment platform for infrastructure concessions, on its sixth issuance of debentures, in the total amount of R$1 billion, carried out under the terms of Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) Resolution 160.
The net funds raised in this issuance will be used to settle existing financing, strengthen the company's working capital and/or for general purposes.
