Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco Safra and Guide Investimentos, coordinators, on the public offering of primary distribution of quotas of the first issuance of the JS Recebíveis Imobiliários Real Estate Investment Fund, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160, which was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 221.3 million.
