Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises on Aegea's 19th debenture issuance, worth R$ 750 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Aegea on its 19th public offering of debentures, worth R$750 million. The transaction was carried out under the terms of Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160.
