Mayer Brown has achieved the 2023-2024 Mansfield Certification in both the US and UK. This achievement builds on the firm’s 2021 commitment to continually seek recertification, emphasizing the principles of transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
Mansfield Certification, an initiative by Diversity Lab, is a year-long certification process requiring law firms to show measurable progress in increasing diversity within leadership roles. As part of the Mansfield Rule Initiative, firms are also required to maintain data to demonstrate their commitment to enhancing transparency related to leadership roles and advancement processes.
