Tauil and Chequer Advogados Advises Kinea on the acquisition of a stake in Shopping Uberaba

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Kinea Investimentos, as manager of the Kinea Hedge Fund, on the acquisition of a 25% ownership interest in Shopping Uberaba from the HSI Malls real estate investment fund for BRL 146.24 million.
The transaction aims to enable the first phase of the mall's expansion project. The deal also includes the Deck Parking space and an additional area within the complex, which is currently leased to the Bretas Supermarkets chain.
The operation was led by partner José Paulo Marzagão, with the participation of counsel Jessica Nunes de Queiroz and associate Juliana Abreu, all from the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice.
