Los Angeles – The LA Times B2B Publishing has named Mayer Brown partners Stephanie Hurst and Jason Linder 2024 “Firm Attorney Visionaries.” The list recognizes influential law firm lawyers from top firms in SoCal who have “consistently demonstrated strong leadership throughout the span of their career and impacted their organization and industries’ growth.”

Stephanie has been a driving force in Mayer Brown’s M&A practice, serving as lead or co-lead counsel on transactions valued at nearly US$1.75 billion over the past two years. Her efforts have not only advanced the firm’s M&A practice but also expanded its client roster. Stephanie’s leadership extends beyond transactional work; she actively contributes to the firm’s diversity and pro bono initiatives and is a member of the LA office’s hiring committee, the Women’s Committee, and Project Equity.

Jason stands out for his unparalleled experience as the only former DOJ Foreign Corrupt Practices Act prosecutor on the West Coast. As a co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Global Investigations & White Collar Defense practice, Jason’s work in complex, cross-border investigations across more than 70 countries—covering corruption, money laundering, fraud, and regulatory issues—has earned him significant client trust.
