Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised UBS BB on Enerpeixe's BRL 600 Million Debenture Issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown served as legal counsel to UBS BB, acting as lead underwriter, in connection with the public offering of debentures issued by Enerpeixe S.A., in the amount of BRL 600 million.
