London – Mayer Brown has advised Omni Partners (“Omni”) on its acquisition of Looking Local, a leading provider of digital solutions for social care and benefits case management to local authorities and the latest addition to Omni’s growing govtech buy-and-build platform, which launched two months ago as Infoshare+.

By freeing up resources to focus on complex and vulnerable social care and benefits cases, the company’s solutions help drive impactful social outcomes. Key offerings such as BetterCare Finance, BetterCare Support and BetterOff Welfare provide transformative capabilities across adult social care, revenues & benefits and frontline customer services.
Mayer Brown also advised Omni in Q4 2024 on its acquisition of data management leader Infoshare and two key software solutions from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA): advanced asset management platform, AssetManager.net, and interactive data analysis tool, CIPFAStats+. The acquisition of Looking Local represents the next step in Omni’s strategy to create a govtech and data powerhouse for the public sector via Infoshare+.
