Mayer Brown and T&C matters earn top honors at LatinFinance’s 2024 “Deals of the Year” awards

Mayer Brown and Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C) in association with Mayer Brown were recognized at the 2024 LatinFinance “Deals of the Year” awards for their work on recent matters. The awards “recognize excellence in the provision of capital across corporate and sovereign spheres in Latin America and the Caribbean” by highlighting the top transactions and honoring the individuals and organizations behind them.

The firm provided counsel on the following award-winning transactions:

• Development Finance Institution (DFI) Backed Deal of the Year: StoneCo $467.5M Credit Facility for MSMB Working Capital

• Corporate Local Currency Deal of the Year: CCR's Rio-SP $2.4B Project Financing
