Mayer Brown partners Britt Miller and Mike Olsen named 2025 “Notable Litigators & Trial Attorneys” by Crain’s Chicago

Mayer Brown partners Britt Miller and Mike Olsen were honored as “Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys,” by Crain’s Chicago Business. This special feature recognizes the successes and accomplishments of Chicago’s top lawyers in the “complex, high-stakes world of litigation” and “headline-making courtroom battles.”

For the second time since the list’s inception, Britt has been named to it. She is a co-leader of Mayer Brown's global Antitrust & Competition practice and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. A leader in her field, Britt’s practice focuses on complex antitrust matters, including price-fixing, monopolization, and class actions. She currently is lead counsel in a number of significant antitrust class actions including on behalf of Indiana Packers, Cargill, Delta Dental, Georgetown, and The Big Ten Conference. 

Mike is the leader of Mayer Brown’s global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, which includes over 500 litigators worldwide and the firm’s Mass Tort and Product Liability practice. A key figure in product liability litigation, Mike represents national and multinational corporations in mass torts and complex commercial disputes. Over the past year, he has served as lead counsel in the Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Multi District Litigation, defended The Big Ten Conference and served as lead counsel for the college conferences in the concussion-related Multi District Litigation, and represented Veolia in Flint’s lead contamination litigation.
