Tauil & Chequer Advogados was deal counsel for Nissei and CEF in the issuance of BRL 200 million in debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown was deal counsel for Farmácia e Drogaria Nissei S.A., as issuer, and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), as Lead Coordinator, in the 7th issuance of debentures, through a public offering, by Nissei in the amount of BRL 200 million.
The operation was led by partner Rodolfo Tella and included the participation of associates Camilla Hehnes and Stephanie Carmo, all from the Capital Markets practice.
