With over 35 years of transactional banking and finance experience in Paris, London, and Tokyo, Véronique serves clients on structured finance, including complex receivable finance structures and securitization. She works for clients on real estate finance, asset finance, and on other banking and finance legal matters. Véronique advises clients in France, the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.
In addition to her native French, she speaks English and German.

- RCI Banque (Renault group) on a €756.84M securitisation program (public – listed) relating to auto loans granted by its German branch.
- A French a real estate collective investment fund (OPCI) held by a German fund, in relation to the refinancing of an office building in Paris.
- RCI Banque on a €860.31M securitisation program (public – listed) relating to auto loans granted by its German branch.
- RCI Banque on a €719 million securitization backed by German auto loans originated by its German branch.
- DIAC SA, the financial subsidiary of certain brands of the Alliance Renault Nissan Mitsubishi, on the securitization of auto loans originated by DIAC for a total amount of €747.1 million.
