Isabela Gonçalves Franco is an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, in national and cross-border transactions, advising foreign and national clients from various industries.
