As knowledge counsel for the Corporate practice in London, Vicky Hau has extensive experience and benefits from being part of a global team of senior knowledge counsel both in the Corporate and Securities team and other practice areas.

She helps the firm’s lawyers to provide cutting edge, targeted and practical advice to our clients, drafts user friendly standard form documents and transaction toolkits, and implements legal technologies to maximise efficiency.

Her experience includes IPO’s and secondary fundraisings on the London markets, private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, directors’ duties and liabilities, board and shareholder decision making, creating and managing shares and share capital, company constitutions and many other aspects of corporate, securities and contract law.
