Kevin Healy counsels clients on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters involving federal and state consumer finance and banking laws. He also represents companies in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions.
Kevin was previously a fellow at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia in the Equity Section. Before law school, Kevin conducted research on a Fulbright research grant at the University of Latvia in Riga, Latvia. His research focused on Russia’s role in the post-Soviet space.
