Gabriela Romagnoli Jansen

Gabriela Jansen is an associate in the Corporate & M&A practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the Rio de Janeiro office. Gabriela has experience in acquisition and corporate reorganization operations involving national and international companies from various sectors, such as oil and gas, agribusiness, electric energy, insurance and logistics. Her practice also includes analysis and drafting of corporate acts and commercial contracts, ongoing advisory to companies and investment funds on corporate matters, and coordination and participation in due diligence processes.

Gabriela was associated to a renowned law firm in the Brazilian market in the Corporate and M&A practice, between June and December 2021. Previously, she was an intern, and subsequently hired at an American multinational healthcare services provider, where she worked from June 2018 to January 2022, with corporate transactions, analysis and drafting of corporate acts and commercial contracts. In addition, she was an intern from August 2016 to March 2019 at the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.
