Amar K. Moolayil

Amar Moolayil is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, Amar served as a judicial law clerk in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Hon. Judge Sophia H. Hall. Amar’s practice focuses on representing both financial institutions and companies in various financing transactions, particularly trade receivables securitization, factoring, supply chain/vendor finance and purchases and sales of financial assets.
