Minh Nguyen-Dang is a Litigation and Dispute Resolution partner in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. He focuses on briefing appeals and dispositive motions. Minh joined Mayer Brown in 2019 from another leading appellate litigation practice. Before entering private practice, Minh served as a law clerk for the Honorable Goodwin Liu on the California Supreme Court.
Minh received his JD, with pro bono distinction, from Stanford Law School in 2016, where he served as the Special Projects Editor of the Stanford Law Review and the Managing Editor of the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. Minh earned his BA, with honors, in Public Policy from Princeton University in 2009. Before law school, Minh was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Boston and Dubai, where he advised corporate clients, investment funds and government agencies on a variety of strategy and management issues.
Minh is fluent in French. In addition to his experiences with Bain & Company, he has lived and worked in Geneva, Paris and Ho Chi Minh City.
