Senior associate Roxanne Paes advises funds, private equity houses, and banks on all aspects of the real estate finance sector and has a breadth of experience ranging from commercial real estate-backed debt finance transactions (encompassing all types of RE assets) to structured finance transactions involving CMBS and RMBS.
