He also has in-depth knowledge of data protection matters under German and EU law, such as intra-group personal data transfers, handling of employee and customer personal data in M&A deals, negotiations with IT service providers, and the implementation of compliance systems and regulations, including codes-of-conduct, whistleblowing hotlines, and other IT systems for personnel.
