Yevgeniy Yalon

Yev Yalon acts for investment managers and institutional investors on investment management and fund formation issues. He has experience advising clients on a wide variety of matters including structuring, negotiating, and forming funds, co-investment vehicles, and other investment opportunities. Yev actively assists clients in all stages of fund formation and fund sponsor representation, including preparing offering and fund documents and advising on internal sponsor and investment manager issues.
