We work with a number of Israeli banks that have entered into Qualified Intermediary Agreements (QIs) with the US Internal Revenue Service and also work with these banks on compliance with the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). QI and FATCA compliance involves preparing onboarding, withholding and reporting policies and procedures, as well as audit support.
