The Lawyer’s Role in Value Creation: A Cross-border Perspective from Europe in Deals, University of Virginia School of Law

Joydeep Sengupta was invited as a guest lecturer at the University of Virginia School of Law in a course entitled “Deals.” Mr. Sengupta discussed recent developments in foreign investment law in China, Europe, and the United States, and used several high-profile cross-border transactions to illustrate potential regulatory and compliance risks, as well as creative solutions, in cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Europe.
