Please join the International Bar Association (IBA) Anti-Corruption, Business Crime and Criminal Law committees for an important discussion of the intersection of corruption, national security and sanctions, hosted at Mayer Brown’s New York Office.
As part of this event, the IBA’s Anti-Corruption Committee and Legal Policy and Research Unit will discuss key findings from their 2024 anti-corruption survey, which explored challenges and awareness of regulations and best practices related to anti-corruption and anti-money laundering legislation at a global level.
The symposium will convene practitioners and global government enforcement officials to hear some of the leading voices in the corruption and national security arena including:
