Mayer Brown advises Tilia Holdings on sale of Universal Pure to Aurora Capital Partners

Mayer Brown represented Tilia Holdings, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm focusing on the “farm-to-fork” segment of the food supply chain, in the sale of its portfolio company Universal Pure Holdings, LLC, the market-leading provider of food safety solutions for cold chain-oriented human and pet food customers, to Aurora Capital Partners.
