Stephanie Wood

Stephanie Wood is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Tax Transactions & Consulting practice.  Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Stephanie worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York as a Tax Associate in the Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance group.

Stephanie received her JD, cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where she was associate editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. She received her BA, cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
