The legal counsel - which included the participation of Mayer Brown in Chicago - covered aspects of Brazilian and New York law, and also involved a syndicate of nine lenders based in Asia, Europe and theAmericas, including J.P. Morgan, Santander, Bradesco, Credit Agricole, BNP Paribas, KFW, MUFG, Mizuho and Export Development Canada.
