Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Tishman Speyer Properties on structuring and implementing a partnership with an investment fund
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Tishman Speyer Properties on the structuring and implementation of a partnership with an investment fund managed by Oriz and XP Asset Management to co-invest in a luxury real estate project including a residential tower, commercial tower and retail area in the Jardins neighborhood, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, which will be developed by Tishman and REUD.
In this transaction, the Tishman Speyer Jardins FII Oriz XP Responsabilidade Limitada fund raised approximately R$ 368.4 million to invest in the project. Together, Tishman and the FII will hold 60% of the project.
The team was led by partner José Paulo Marzagão and included counsel Jessica Nunes de Queiroz, partner Giampaolo Marzulli and associate Luiz Antonio Bonfiglioli Menezes.
