Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises ViaQuatro on 6th issuance of debentures, in the amount of R$ 940 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised ViaQuatro, the concessionaire for Line 4 of the São Paulo Subway, on its 6th issuance of debentures, carried out through a public offering, in the amount of R$ 940 million.

The amount raised will be used to strengthen the company's liquidity reserve.

The team was led by partners Luis Montes and Carlos Motta, and included associates Julia Zarth and Marcella Castellano.
