Alexandria R. Hasenkamp represents public companies, investment banks, foreign private issuers, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and sponsors in public and private debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, business combinations with SPACs, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, Rule 144A offerings and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, in addition to many other complex securities transactions. Alexandria advises companies on complex corporate governance matters, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and reporting and stock exchange compliance matters.
Alexandria’s prior career as an environmental, health, safety and regulatory compliance director in the oil and gas and industrial construction industries has made her particularly aware of the complex legal landscape businesses face as they make financial decisions and reporting disclosures. She studied international affairs in a top rated program at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she focused on international business, which has helped her understand the implications of operating in various regions and steer companies through capital raises subject to multiple jurisdiction’s legal codes to facilitate the fast and efficient formation of capital.
Alexandria attended Notre Dame Law School, where she achieved Dean’s List and received the Paul D. White Scholarship. She served in a leadership role on the Journal of International and Comparative Law and has served as the disability committee chair at various law firms.
