Nicholas A. Kohler

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Nick earned his JD, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. In law school, Nick served as a mayoral fellow with the City of Chicago’s Mayor’s Office where he gained experience in governmental policy, sustainability, and vacant lot activation. In addition, Nick served as a legal extern with Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago where he gained experience in corporate governance and healthcare regulatory matters.

Prior to law school, Nick worked at a healthcare software company where he advised hospital systems on how to configure their electronic medical records. Nick was awarded his BS in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
