Christopher Mikesh represents domestic and foreign corporations and financial institutions in a range of complex commercial litigation. Chris has experience representing financial institutions in litigation arising from the administration of residential mortgage-backed securities and corporations in construction contract disputes, alleged violations of the securities laws and consumer privacy statutes, veil piercing claims, and internal investigations. Chris has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, fact discovery, expert discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.
