Tauil & Chequer Advogados assists Loja do Mecânico in the acquisition of O Mecânico

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Loja do Mecânico in the acquisition of an equity stake in O Mecânico, a company which operates in the production of educational content for the tools industry. This was Loja do Mecânico’s first acquisition since it received an investment from EB Capital in 2020. In addition, the transaction represents the first investment of the company in social media platforms and education. The team was led by partner Bruno Salzano, with associates Rafael Hochman and Grazielle Pereira, all from the M&A practice.
