Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel to Banco ABC Brasil and Construtora Patriani in the issuance and offering of real estate receivables certificates by Virgo Securitizadora, in the amount of approximately R$ 46 million, for the purpose of financing the construction company. The funds raised by the transaction will be used to refund the acquisition costs of two plots of land for the development of real estate projects, located in Campinas and São Bernardo do Campo, in the state of São Paulo.
