Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises BTG Pactual on CCR RodoAnel's R$ 410 million debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised BTG Pactual on the public offering of incentivized debentures, under the terms of Law 12,431/11 issued by CCR RodoAnel, in the total amount of R$ 410 million.
The funds will be used to reimburse costs, expenses or debts and future investments in the Highway System consisting of the state highway network of the western stretch of the Mário Covas beltway, which connects the metropolitan region of São Paulo to the Bandeirantes, Anhanguera, Castelo Branco and Raposo Tavares highways.
Partners Luis Montes (Banking and Finance) and Carlos Motta (Capital Markets & Securitization) led the operation, which included the work of associates Thatiana Siqueira (Capital Markets & Securitization) and Giuliana Torelli (Banking and Finance).
