Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Gerdau on a BRL 1.5 billion debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Gerdau on its 18th issuance of debentures, totaling BRL 1.5 billion. The debentures were placed through a public offering coordinated by Itaú BBA (lead coordinator), Santander, XP Investimentos, and UBS.
The team was led by Rodolfo Tella, with the participation of associates Stephanie Carmo and Camilla Hehnes, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
