Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Santander, Banco BV and Itaú BBA on the issuance of BRL 1.010 billion in debentures of CCR PRVias

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as counsel to Santander, Banco BV and Itaú BBA as the underwriters on the public offering of debentures issued by Concessionária de Rodovias PRVias S.A. (CCR PRVias), in the amount of BRL 1.010 billion.
The funds obtained by CCR PRVias through the issuance of the Debentures shall be fully and exclusively utilized for investments in the recovery, operation, maintenance, monitoring, conservation, implementation of improvements, capacity expansion, and maintenance of the service level of the road system in the State of Paraná, within the timeframe and under the conditions specified in the Concession Agreement and in the PER (Project), and for payment and/or reimbursement of costs, expenses, or debts eligible for reimbursement, related to the Project, in accordance with Law 12.431.
The transaction was led by partner Luis Otero Montes, with the participation of associates Julia Zarth and Yasmin Rópa, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
