Mayer Brown advises BENTELER Group on the sale of its hot rolling mill in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, by way of share deal to Tenaris. The sale is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
The plant is one of North America’s most modern and efficient hot rolling mills producing steel tubes for the US market.
Mayer Brown is a long-term legal advisor of BENTELER Group. Mayer Brown has previously advised BENTELER in relation to the project development of the Shreveport hot rolling mill.
