Andrew J. Spadafora

Andrew Spadafora represents national and multinational corporations, and officers and directors of those corporations, in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and in regulatory and internal investigations. He focuses on post-acquisition and business disputes, consumer and shareholder class actions, professional liability matters involving accounting and auditing, and white collar defense. Andrew serves clients in industries including financial services, accounting and financial reporting, aerospace, consumer products, energy, and biotechnology, among others. He also advises clients on transactional matters involving corporate and trust law with a focus on managing litigation risk. He previously practiced in the firm’s Chicago office.
