Paris — Mayer Brown advised Savills Investment Management acting on behalf of a foreign investor in connection with the acquisition of a real estate complex located 19 rue de Calais, in Paris.

This real estate complex, acquired from WREP#3, the value-added fund of Weinberg Capital Partners, and which develops 1,600 sq.m., was fully restructured in 2020.
