Paris –  Mayer Brown advised Cromwell Property Group acting on behalf of a foreign investor in connection with the acquisition of an office building located 7 rue de la Baume, in Paris. 

This office building, which develops ca. 1,500 sqm., was renovated in 2020 and is fully leased for a firm period of nine years.
