Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Ambiental MS on its R$ 350 million financing

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown provided legal advice to Ambiental MS Pantanal SPE S.A., a special purpose entity controlled by Aegea, on its new financing structured through a second debenture issuance, totaling R$ 350 million.
The public offering was distributed and placed by IBBA and ABC. The net proceeds from the issuance will be used to settle debts, invest in, and provide working capital for the public-private partnership for sewage services in 68 municipalities in Mato Grosso do Sul State.
Partner Luis Montes led the operation with the support of associate Beatriz Lavigne, all from the Banking & Finance practice.
