Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised COCARI and Bradesco BBI on the issuance of BRL 200 million in commercial papers

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel for COCARI - Cooperativa Agropecuária e Industrial, as the issuer, and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., as the lead coordinator, in connection with the public offering of commercial papers issued by COCARI, in the amount of BRL 200 million.
